They are:
1. Churches. Every Sunday and selected days, the church has activity, and after it's over, the elevators will be too busy
2. Anchor Tenants. If they're too popular or they're the only in the country, they will be too crowded and the elevators will be too busy (like KidZania Indonesia at Pacific Place Jakarta)
3. Public Transport and Taxi Accessible. If they're easily accessible by Transjakarta (the only government's public transportation) or taxi, they will be too crowded and so, the elevators will be too busy
4. Concepts. Like in Grand Indonesia Shopping Town, they're always crowded and the elevators (especially the West Mall) are very busy
