This is a list of them I've discovered not long ago.
1. Discovery Shopping Mall (ELLY)- The exterior floor indicator on the top floor is cracked.
- The door open and close buttons are missing.
- The 1st floor button is replaced with a down button.
- Call button on top floor is replaced with an up button (now has been replaced with a Pillar button)
- In a rare moment, the doors doesn't closed properly and the car refuse to move.
2. Hard Rock Hotel Bali (Hyundai)- The up arrow doesn't appeared.
- Very often, on one of the elevators, the chime sounds twice.
- Sometimes the hall lantern doesn't lights on.
3. Siloam Hospital Bali and Lippo Plaza Sunset (Hyundai)- The floor button labelings doesn't match with the actual floors.
4. W Hotel Bali (Sigma)- Left-side elevator: the voiceover doesn't match with the actual floors, door slam shut.
- Freight elevator: voiceover sounds doesn't match with the actual floors.
5. UFO Electronic Store Denpasar (Schindler 3300 AP)- When the car is in B1, the floor indicators shows -9 instead of B1.
- When the car reach level 3, the chime sounds earlier before the doors open.
Conclusion: Discovery Shopping Mall has the most epic fails.
